Purosearch are working with a highly rated large provider in London to recruit a skilled Clinical suite Manager.
You will be responsible for managing a 30 - 35 bedded nursing suite and overseeing different clinical care needs suh as rehabilitation and other therapy programmes. The suite manager also has the responsibility to manage a team of nurses, senior carers and care staff. They will be supported and guided by the senior management team which includes matron, director of nursing, and HR manager.
You must have the following:
RGN active pin
Nursing Home experience of 3+ years
Ability to lead a team of clinical care professionals
Strong background with complex care
