Summary

Our client is looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to work at their office in Manor Park, Runcorn.

Main duties include

- Dealing with Inbound and Outbound calls.
- Working with the planning department to arrange engineer bookings.
- Liaising with customers to ensure dates work.

Key Skills and Experience

- Excellent organisational skills
- Good telephone manner
- IT literate, as you will be required to use various in house systems.

The job operates 8am until 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 7.30am to 4pm Friday

The salary is from £25,500 per year.

This is a permanent position.
