Hyde is looking to recruit a Fleet Manager.

As a Fleet Manager at Hyde, you will be working within our Property Services department to oversee the efficient operation of our fleet, ensuring compliance, cost-effectiveness, and safety across all vehicles and related activities.

Responsibilities

Manage Hyde's relationship with the current fleet management company and oversee fleet upgrades or replacements.
Coordinate fuel card management, service schedules, and telematics installations.
Ensure compliance with fleet safety and environmental standards.
Monitor and track hired plant, issuing regular reports to Senior Management.
Develop and implement cost-effective fleet strategies, including the integration of electric vehicles.
Travel to our London & Kent offices will be required
Skills and Experience Required

Proven experience in fleet management or a related field, with a strong understanding of fleet operations, vehicle procurement, and compliance requirements.
Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
Strong analytical skills to analyse data and inform decision-making.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to fleet operations.
Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
