Crynodeb
Details:
· The job involves assisting surveyors in all aspects of their measurement work using traditional survey instruments and newer technology such as drones and laser scanners
· Based in Ipswich with travel all over the country with some working away from home
· Paid overtime, contributory pension scheme, private healthcare and phone allowance
· Established pathway to future qualifications and advancement
A typical week might include:
· Surveying a field in Norfolk prior to development
· Measuring floor plans of a house in London
· Surveying profiles through a river in Suffolk
· Surveying beach levels in Wales
· Due to the nature of the work some days involve early starts, travelling and long hours
· In short there is no typical week and that’s why we love our work!
Requirements:
· No experience is necessary as full training will be provided
· Candidates should be numerate and literate having as a minimum a good GCSE pass in Maths
· A full driving license is essential and own vehicle would be an advantage
· Candidates should be reliable, flexible, punctual & conscientious
