Summary
We are Dudley Crossroads, a small local charity covering the Dudley borough providing a range of care and support services for informal carers and the elderly in their own homes.
We are looking to recruit some great new care workers; people with the right values and attitude to work in our small team - could this be you?
Our main priority for this job role is to find people with the right attitude and behaviours to match our own. However you do need to have level 2 in health and social care as some personal care may be involved.
The duties are varied and our calls are a minimum of 2 hours which we feel is the minimum time needed to provide our high quality support. Our clients are individuals and they all deserve to be treated as such. Duties may include supporting with personal care (however we do not do get ups and put to beds), shopping, light housework, meal preparation and accompanying to appointments . We provide outstanding support and assistance in a professional, discreet and caring manner.
