Summary
Veterinary Surgeon - South East London
• This role is ideal for an experienced Vet to join a friendly, passionate team.
• Salary up to £68,000 per annum DOE plus £5,000 welcome bonus
• Well-equipped practices with advanced diagnostic and monitoring technology, including digital x-ray, dental x-ray, ultrasounds, endoscopy, IDEXX lab machines for comprehensive testing, as well as additional tools like Tonopen, ECG, and blood pressure monitors.
• 1:6 Saturdays and No OOH
• Excellent transport links.
Purovets are looking for an experienced Vet to join a friendly, passionate team at a practice situated in vibrant area of South East London.
Our client has two clinics, located within a short distance of each other in South London which have excellent transport links. You will work across both the sites, which offer the same great level of equipment and standard of care. The clinics have digital x-ray, dental x-ray, ultrasounds, endoscopy, multiparameter monitors, in house IDEXX lab machines that perform haematology, biochemistry, electrolytes, sedivue urinalysis. They also have a Tonopen, ECG, blood pressure monitors, pulse oximetry and basic orthopaedic kit.
They have a team of 7 Vets with a wide range of interests, a team of Veterinary Nurses and supporting team members they have certificate holders in feline medicine.
This role entails a blend of consulting and operating days, providing a varied caseload that goes beyond routine operations and vaccinations. You will enjoy clinical freedom and autonomy, supported by a seasoned team of Vets and RVNs. Encouragement for clinical freedom and thorough case management is a key aspect of this role.

The Rota:
• Full time and/or Part time
• Typically, this is a full-time position working 40 hours over five days
• 1:6 Saturdays
• No OOH
