Summary
Focused Recruitment are currently seeking a number of Production Operators to join our clients manufacturing plant in the Caerphilly (Bedwas) area.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading manufacturing company who are very much the employer of choice within the local area.
Duties:
- Operating a range of production equipment and machinery.
- Working to production KPI's and targets ensuring output is achieved.
- Manually packing of product ensuring correct quantity and quality.
- Quality and Inspection on raw and finished product.
- General production/assembly duties upon request.
The desired candidates will have:
- Able to work to targets/production KPI's & production schedules.
- Be able to work as part of a team.
- Previous relevant manufacturing /production experience.
- Knowledge of health and safety in the work place.
Hours of work:
These roles are working a three shift pattern Monday-Friday (mornings, afternoons & nights)
