Are you an experienced leader who thrives with the challenge of developing new projects? Can you lead a team ensuring their priority is the welfare, achievements and positive outcomes of young people living in our accommodation?

We are excited to recruit a Housing Development Manager to develop our new housing projects in Torbay and Plymouth.

We are looking for a creative and energetic manager to lead the way as we develop some exciting new Supported Housing projects which will support vulnerable young people aged 16 -25 through their journey to independence. Bringing supported accommodation and leadership experience, you will have the opportunity to creature cultures and lead teams from the start!

The post will include lone working, and the post holder will be required to participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota providing emergency support for the project.
