Summary

The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As a Guest Service Assistant, you’ll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience through the day and night. You’ll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.


The job:


As a general assistant, you will be helping out in the departments with the most need on a day-to-day basis.


No two days are the same, and we are looking for someone who is happy to be versatile and adaptable to assist where needed.


Your day-to-day:



  • Cleaning our public areas including guest corridors, kitchen and toilets

  • Cleaning bedrooms, which includes stripping beds, emptying bins, dusting and vacuuming and general cleaning to our high standards

  • Be a trusted contact for all guests by helping them with anything from bill issues to local knowledge, and loop in management when necessary.
