Job Summary:
The Talent Attraction Consultant plays a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent for the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including social media, networking events, and recruitment campaigns. The ideal candidate is passionate about employer branding, understands market trends, and can build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers to ensure the company attracts and retains the best talent.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing & Engagement:
o Identify and attract high-calibre candidates through proactive sourcing methods, including online platforms, social media, job boards, and industry events.
o Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for key roles within the organization.
o Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to ensure a strong fit with the company culture and job requirements.
2. Employer Branding:
o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement employer branding strategies that enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
o Create and manage content for recruitment marketing campaigns across various platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.).
o Participate in career fairs, industry conferences, and other networking events to promote the company’s brand.
3. Candidate Experience:
o Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
o Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
o Work closely with HR and recruitment teams to improve processes and enhance candidate engagement.
4. Market Research & Analysis:
o Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
o Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve talent attraction and retention efforts.
5. Collaboration & Relationship Management:
o Build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
o Act as a trusted advisor to the business on matters related to talent attraction and acquisition.
o Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors when necessary.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: 7 Plus years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, or a similar role.
• Skills:
o Strong knowledge of talent sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
o Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
o Proficiency with recruitment software (ATS) and social media platforms.
o Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
o Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
