The business
The business is a fast-growing and well-established Financial Services practice based in Yorkshire with financial advisers based in various areas . The business is growing organically, as well as through acquisitions, hence the need to expand the support team. This position is based in the Wetherby office.
The Role
As a Paraplanner, Working closely with the advisers, duties and responsibilities will include:
• Writing and tailoring high quality suitability letters based on consultation with the Adviser
• Attending client meetings (when required)
• Extensive product research surrounding the key financial products in order to arrive at the most suitable recommendations
• To complete compliant suitability reports
Requirements
• Level 4 Diploma (or close to completion) or equivalent experience.
• Experienced in dealing with High Net Worth clients (desirable)
• Reliable and diligent
• Excellent working knowledge surrounding the key areas of Financial Planning
• Strong commercial and technical knowledge
• Personable and professional
• Ability to complete the submission of business for compliance checking and dealing effectively with feedback.
