Your new company
Your new company is a well-established law firm that specialises in Entertainment, Media and Technology matters. They operate a hybrid working policy based on 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Your new role
Your new role will be in the Revenue team. Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Taking ownership over a practice group's billing and credit control requirements, including e-billing.
- Liaising with partners and other fee earners around WIP matters and billing disputes.
- Keeping in contact with clients on a daily basis.
- Preparing debtor and WIP statements.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will ideally have worked in a Revenue capacity within a law firm, accountancy practice or consultancy business. They will have raised bills for time, have a firm grasp on the importance of WIP management to a companies' financial health and be adept at collecting overdue payments. They will have strong communication skills and not be phased by developing relationships with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
