Summary
The post holder will support the effective operation of Windsor and Maidenhead CMHT service by providing organisational,administrativeand secretarial support to the Business Development and Admin Manager.
The post holder is expected to liaise effectively and professionally with all levels of staff, externalorganisationsand the public, dealing with confidential information inan appropriate manner.
The post holder willbe requiredto work with minimal supervision to provide professional administration support to the department. The post holder willassistin the promotion ofhigh qualityservices whilst adhering to the Trusts Core Standards and Values.
The candidate will provide a comprehensive administrative service to the teams. The post holder will be expected to supervise work carried out by other administrators as directed by the Administration Manager. It will be a busy role requiring excellent communication and good organisational skills along with excellent customer service.To undertake, the full range of administrative,clerical,and secretarial duties as requested by the Business Development and Admin Manager. Responsibilities willinclude:communicating effectively with all enquiries from people we support, families, team members or other agencies and professionals, sorting mail (including email), arranging appointments and meetings, taking minutes, ability to use databases, spreadsheets, financial and other administration record systems
• Audio typing from dictation of clinical consultations
• Secretarial and administrative support for WAM Memory Clinic
• Liaising with patients and carers viaphone,emailsand letters
• Minute taking asrequired
• Cover asrequiredacross Administration team depending on service need.
• The post holder is expected to act on their own initiativeon a daily basisto ensure the effective running of the service, prioritising their own workload asrequired.
