Summary

About the role
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Housing Customer Liaison Manager to join us in London, where we are expanding our Customer Liaison Team to allow us to deliver a more proactive and visible service to our residents. This a full time, permanent role.

You will be managing the delivery of the Customer Liaison Service, for both homeowners and rental residents in the Thames North operating area, achieving positive outcomes for both Guinness, and our residents. You will be leading a team of up to 10 Customer Liaison Officers: developing, motivating, and managing performance. You will be a key contact for local stakeholders across the operating area, promoting Guinness and enhancing our reputation.

You will need a full UK driving licence for this role, as you will be predominantly mobile within your operating area.

Essential

Experience of leading, managing and motivating remote teams in a high-performance culture.

  • Experience in delivering exceptional service to a diverse range of customers through others.
  • Experience of managing and prioritising resources effectively to meet demand.
  • Ability to analyse data and draw conclusions to improve performance.
  • Ability to present information in a clear and concise way to senior managers and other stakeholders, to support and influence decision-making.

Desirable

  • Experience of housing, estates and tenancy management policy, practice, and regulation, including H&S.
