Summary
About the role
We are looking for a Finance Partner to join the Guinness team. This is a permanent, full-time vacancy which is based in our London (Brock Street) or Oldham office. We are currently working to a hybrid working style.
The main purpose of the role is to provide a full finance partnering service to support the achievement of effective financial control and delivery of the financial and operational targets of the business. To undertake financial analysis and evaluation of processes. The role will be working within one of our subsidiaries Shepherd Bush Housing Association.

You'll also be able to demonstrate
Essential:
- Experience of finance partnering and ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders.
- Good attention to detail with ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload to meet agreed insightful management reports.
- Experience of reviewing and analysing business processes to achieve financial improvements.
- Technical excellence and experience of contributing to the statutory and management accounts process.
- Excellent oral and written communications.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
- Experienced in complex financial and work management systems.
- Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours.
Desirable:
- Experience of using Oracle Financials or equivalent finance system.
- Experience of project management.
- Relevant experience within the social housing sector.
Qualifications
Essential:
- CCAB or CIMA qualified.
