Job Title: Administration Assistant
Salary: Market Rate
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Your role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant to join our Manufacturing team at our Burton Recovery site.
In this role you will assist in all office based activities at site including managing the order processing system to ensure that
all customer orders are delivered in full and on time. You will drive first class customer service and promote effective
communications between all functional areas of the business and our customers.
You will be responsible for updating internal systems and processing data. As an administration assistant you will also be
involved in an environmental initiative with The Pallet LOOP that is intended to fundamentally change the recovery and collection
of pallets in the construction sector.
You will play a key part in the team to support the sales and marketing teams and utilize every opportunity to promote sales
through the development of excellent customer relations and business knowledge.
As an Administration Assistant, you will be a great communicator and will have the ability to speak up when things don’t look
right. You should have experience of working in a fast paced and often challenging environment.
