SHODHANA Limited looking for a Software ETL Test Engineer with strong manual
data testing skills to join a rapidly expanding business to work on a number of high profile projects using cutting edge technology.
Responsibilities and Duties:
As Software Test Engineer, you will contribute to the
- Evolutionary development of advanced analytics and decision support software across all aspects of the development life cycle
- Working closely with product development engineers and business domain experts. Having scope to learn Automation
- Source to Target data comparisions
- Experience in running Microsoft ETL packages (SSIS)
Skills required:
• Experience as a software test engineer / ETL Test Engineer
• Experince in tools such as Jira, QC/Quality Center, Team Track or similar
• Experience in ETL tools (Microsoft SSIS and Informatica) and Microsoft BI tools (SSAS/SSRS/SSMS)
• Knowledge of SQL
• Good skills in using Microsoft Excel 2013 or higher
• Knowledge of Power BI Reports
• Clear track record in manual testing with Data Visualization tools
• Ability to communicate complex scenarios clearly and concisely
• Keen eye for detail and able to detect problems on websites
• Understanding of how the SDLC works
• Knowledge of different testing methodologies - V model, Waterfall Agile, approach
• Execution of Manual test scenarios within challenging deadlines
• Work closely with development and product owners and contribute to the delivery of high quality
software
• Report and track defects
• Analyse and report on testing results
• Good experience in Test Management and bug tracking tools.
• Knowledge Automation testing
