We are looking for friendly, committed, experienced, and reliable people to join one of our 3 senior teams.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a big role in supporting people within their day-to-day lives and activities. You will be responsible for running shifts to a high standard and ensuring that staff operate within guidelines, training, policies and CQC regulations.
We are service user lead, focusing on enhancing quality of life and well-being and understanding communication through behaviour and body language. The position is 39 hours a week on a 2-week rota basis, ranging from early mornings to evenings and alternate weekend work. As a Senior Support Worker, you will receive 6 hours a week office-based to complete additional responsibilities within your role. You will also form part of the on-call rota.
Minimum requirements:
· At least 2 years experience as a support worker
· Completion of Care Certificate / Level 2 health and social care
Desirable requirements
· Experience in running shifts
· Experience in administering medication
· Experience in key-working
· Driving lisence with at least 1 year experience.
