Summary
Service Care Solutions, in partnership with Walsall Council, is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for dedicated individuals to join their team as Attendance Officers. Position: Attendance Officer
Location: Schools within the Walsall area
Hours: Full-Time, 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Salary: £14.41 per hour, with potential for pay increases each financial year
Duration: 12 months ongoing
Key Requirements:
- Driving Licence & Access to Own Vehicle: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role, as it involves commuting to various locations within the Walsall area. Business Insurance is also required.
- Experience: Previous experience within the Education or Training sector is essential, as this role involves working closely with schools and families.
Responsibilities:
- Promote School Attendance: Collaborate with educational teams and families to encourage and support regular school attendance.
- Home Visits: Conduct home visits to monitor and support the attendance and well-being of pupils.
- Support Pupil Welfare: Play a crucial role in the positive development and welfare of children and young people in the community.
