The opportunity
As Recruitment Partner, you will be the driving force behind attracting and securing the best talent for the College. You will work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, creating effective recruitment strategies, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from start to finish.

You will lead a team of Recruitment Officers, ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met, and that the recruitment process is efficient and effective. This position is an integral part of our wider HR department, where you will collaborate with HR Assistants and Business Partners to ensure alignment across all HR functions.

About you

You will be an experienced recruiter, familiar with the latest recruitment techniques, tools, and platforms. Ideally, you will have experience within the education sector or similar environment. You will have the ability to handle multiple priorities whilst managing a team to deliver consistently high outcomes in a fast-paced environment. The ability to connect with candidates and hiring managers through excellent communication and interpersonal skills is key.
