Summary

Job Description

Working in a hybrid style, based at home and Dundee House, you will work full time, 37 hours per week on a temporary basis for one year.

Requirements

​You will be educated to Degree level or equivalent in a relevant subject matter.

Responsibilities

​You will take a lead role in the planning and commissioning of learning and organisational development activities.

You will work in partnership with Service Management Teams to develop workforce development strategies, and manage training and learning activities.

You will develop effective partnerships with other agencies through joint planning and commissioning.

The Individual

You will have knowledge and experience of current workforce priorities and knowledge of current learning and development agendas and policy awareness.

Excellent communication and self-management, networking and negotiation skills, the ability to plan and commission learning/training opportunities and be proficient in IT are essential.

You will be a confident presenter and committed to personal/professional development.
