Summary
Your new company
Hays are recruiting for a customer service administrator. This is on a temporary on -going basis for 12 months +. Based in Manchester City Centre, immediately starting.
Your new role
You will be responsible for full administrative support, you will deal with customers via the phone, review and process accounts, enter data, process data relating to customer accounts, you will work to SLAs, you will follow correct processes and procedures, you will review contracts, prepare terms and work towards targets.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in customer services, you will have strong IT skills, you will be technically strong, you will be able to communicate on all levels, you will have experience working with data, you will be comfortable working towards targets, you will be organised and able to prioritise your workload. You must be immediately available to start work.
