Summary
Machine Operator | Bury St Edmunds | 40 hours per week | £24,000 - £26,000 per annum
Our client is an established company that manufactures plain & printed labels for a wide variety of clients based across the UK. They pride themselves on the fast turnaround services provided to their long-standing customer base.
You will join the team which produces self-adhesive labels and have the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of the manufacturing process within a busy but friendly environment and will be able to contribute to our client’s success by being adaptable and self-motivated.
The opportunity to learn flexographic printing and progress within the company exists for the right person.
Are you the right person for the job?
• Prior experience is not essential as full training will be provided
• The candidate will require an aptitude for running machinery and be capable of working unattended when trained
What will your role look like?
• Setting up and running a label press according to the job specification provided
• Checking quality and working to deadlines
• Packing finished products for despatch
• Working in a small team within the production area
• Assisting with the operation of other machines within the factory
• Involvement in all aspects of running a busy factory
