Summary
As an Accommodation Clerk working at RAF Halton, Wendover, you'll provide efficient administration to support the site. What you’ll do:
- Booking, preparing & checking meeting rooms
- Being the first face, many will see, you’ll be an important role model when it comes to what great customer service will look like
- Connect visitors and customers with the appropriate party while following all visitor management processes
- Ensure delivery of 5-star customer service
- Support with induction management, work-place support, hospitality, and meeting room connectivity
- Communicate politely, always creating a memorable experience for our customers and visitors.
- Be flexible and support the team with any projects or tasks they require
- Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and/or digital form.
- Other duties may be requested depending on support needed at that specific time (such as month ending paperwork/compliance)
What you bring:
- Excellent team ethos and superb inter-communication skills, you'll be a key people person on site.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure
- Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus! But if you feel you can adapt to new roles quickly and have computer skills, then we would still love to hear from you!
