They are seeking a dedicated individual to join their client’s team in Sheffield Crystal Peaks area as a Trade Sales Assistant.
About the Role:
Our client is a leading manufacturer in the industry, with multiple trade counters across the UK and plans for further expansion. Since their establishment, they have quickly become a key player by delivering superior products and exceptional customer service. As a Trade Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in this success by providing outstanding service to trade customers.
Role Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, preparing accurate quotations and orders, addressing customer inquiries, and supporting branch development initiatives by engaging with potential customers.
Requirements:
Previous experience in the trade sector preferred, but not essential; comprehensive training will be provided.
Strong customer service skills with a proactive approach to customer interaction.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience in order processing and customer service is highly advantageous.
Proficiency in MS Office; training on internal systems will be provided.
Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable making outbound customer contacts in a sales-focused environment.
Benefits:
