Summary
deVOL Kitchens is one of the leading and most highly regarded kitchen companies in the UK, with manufacturing and design offices based in Leicestershire, London and New York.
We are looking for highly motivated, capable and friendly people to join our rapidly growing team of highly experienced carpenters and joiners at our Shepshed Workshop.
Your duties will involve the building of components for our worktops and accessories i.e. shelves, cutlery inserts, laundry maids and wooden worktops.
This role will include a lot of manual handling as you will be required to lift heavy material as well as standing for long periods of time.
Your job at deVOL will involve:
- Training and assisting in the manufacture of high-quality bespoke kitchen furniture.
- Manufacturing components for deVOL worktops and accessories.
- Constructing drawer boxes and cutlery inserts.
- Working as part of a team to complete all work to our high specification.

We offer a competitive salary based on experience and during your first year, you will receive training in the role and performance appraisals where your pay will be reviewed. After this, we offer annual pay reviews and continued support from the team.
You will receive 22 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays) which can increase with length of service and experience, as well as life insurance, a wellness program, cycle 2 work scheme and company events.
