Summary

To help us build our digital presence and achieve our growth ambition, we’re looking for a talented individual to join the team.
As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving the development and implementation of a comprehensive lead generation plan, across the complete value chain for our Individual and SME direct customers.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 2 days per month in our Tunbridge Wells office.
What you’ll be doing:

Manage a range of multi-channel and multi-lingual digital paid marketing campaigns to deliver lead targets for direct individual and SME clients.
Lead brand awareness activity, delivering at least one digital brand campaign per year.
Deliver marketing collateral, web content, and offline activity linked to driving leads.
Put in place and manage paid media remarketing activity to support renewal targets of direct individual and SME clients.
Drive improvements to SEO and PPC performance. Working with web, content and copy teams to deliver an SEO-optimised digital marketing content and assets calendar.
Optimise paid media activity, proactively coming up with ideas and strategies to consistently increase effectiveness of the paid media plan.
Digital reporting, maintaining performance reports and full lead gen funnel analysis.
Implement an affiliates strategy and test new affiliate opportunities working with sales, as well as experimenting other paid channels.
People manage the lead generation team, paid media agency and overall paid media budget.
Be accountable for generating annual leads targets with key performance indicators (KPIs) including lead quality, volume and cost per lead (CPL).
