Summary
About the role
We are looking for a new stock management professional with people management experience to help us carry out stock management for an exciting Online venture.
These tasks would include managing the inbound/outbound order/returned stock forecasts and movement of product to 3PL. the successful candidate would be setting distribution forecasts & ensuring available capability and product availability. Tracking and managing availability of stock for placement Online in line with commercial targets and balanced with Stores. Manage commercial stock provision and replenishment liaising with teams to coordinate stock placement for any Online content considerations.
Customer Fulfilment liaison on dispatch through Couriers and future Store development of Click & Collect. Coordinate Customer satisfaction through the management of Orders and Returns, liaising with CECand 3PL. Support automation within Daventry aligned with live Store model.

You will be responsible for
- Predict inbound, outbound, and returned stock needs.
- Coordinate product movement to third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Set distribution forecasts to ensure product availability.
- Manage stock availability for online sales.
- Align with commercial targets for Online while balancing store stock needs.
- Coordinate stock replenishment.
- Liaise with teams for online content placement and event launch.
Customer Fulfilment:
- Lead all aspects of dispatch through couriers
- Facilitate Click & Collect in future stores
- Order and Returns Management:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by handling orders and returns
- Collaborate with customer experience centres (CEC) and 3PL partners.
Automation Support:
- Assist in automating processes at the Daventry location, aligned with the live store model
You will need
- Excellent technical skills on distribution operating systems
- Logical and methodical organisation management
- Good written and verbal communication skills espeically when managing meetings
- Experience in merchandising, supply chain or stock planning preferred but not required
- Exposure to or understanding of online or ecommerce retailing is ideal
