Working Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8am - 4:30pm & Friday, 8am - 2pm
Salary: £12.50 - £14.00 PH DOE
Duration: Temp to perm

A leader in the metal manufacturing industry, renowned for their high-quality products and commitment to excellence. They are expanding their manufacturing operations and are seeking a dedicated and experienced Press Brake Operator to join the dynamic team.
The job
• Operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal components according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Set up and adjust press brake machines, including selecting dies and programming the machine.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press brake equipment.
• Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
The candidate
• Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of press brake operations, tooling, and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods and handle heavy materials.
