About the team
This is a newly created role and is pivotal in our journey to transform our content. The Digital Content Officer will have responsibilities which include sourcing and creating content for use across multiple channels including e-news, social media, websites and intranets. Working closely with the Content Planner, you will also be responsible for creating an interactive digital version of Air Mail (our members’ magazine) as well as contributing to the development of engaging content for use within integrated marketing campaigns to promote the vital work of the Association and drive positive engagement with our audiences.

About you
A degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing or communications is essential for this role along with proven professional experience in producing digital content using a variety of software suites (Canva, Indesign etc). Experience of working within a charity, volunteer or membership organisation is highly desirable. You will need to be highly proficient in managing an e-news programme and using data and insight to improve digital communications. As you would expect, the role requires that you have robust proof-reading capabilities and the ability to communicate to a range of audiences with clarity and accessibility in mind.
