Our client is currently embarking on an exciting journey and is separating their HR function from the corporate structure. This transformation is a pivotal moment for their HR team, and they are searching for a dedicated Operational Risk professional to help support this.
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk Analyst to support our clients HR transformation. This role is crucial in supporting and enhancing our internal operational risk controls during this period of change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify Existing Controls: Evaluate and document current operational risk controls within the HR function.
- Risk Assessments: Conduct thorough risk assessments to determine the effectiveness of existing controls.
- Issue Identification: Understand and identify any material issues that may impact our client during the transformation.
- Remediation Support: Collaborate with teams to support the remediation process and ensure issues are addressed effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operational risk management, preferably within an HR context.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed risk assessments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams.
- Ability to navigate and manage change in a dynamic environment.
