The Role
We are looking to appoint a Marketing Assistant to join the Team at our Bradford site. The candidate will work closely with Crystec’s Business Development Manager, who oversees all marketing activities for the company, as well as coordinating with the Technical and Commercial Team members to provide high quality content for publication. The successful candidate will gain experience working in a professional and multidisciplinary environment and will play a key role in planning and executing marketing campaigns across Crystec’s website and social media platforms, as well as contributing to the upkeep and improvement of company literature. This will include the development of content such as press releases, news articles, technical briefings, infographics, videos/animations, corporate presentations, flyers, and event banners. The role will also support the preparation of international conferences.


Employability Support
Training and support will be ongoing throughout the apprenticeship through the candidate’s line manager and will include health and safety training relevant to the role, support in accessing and using relevant equipment, specific guidance, and training on day-to-day activities. Additional support and tutorials will be provided by a designated Mentor and Senior Management Team. As a multidisciplinary team, candidates will have the opportunity to interact with staff with a range of expertise and experience.






Training
Multi Channel Marketer L3Maths and English Functional skills if required.
Training by day release to Shipley College.
