About the role
Title –Security Officer
Pay Rate – £12.25PH
Location – ST4 2EX
Shift Timings – 4 on 4 off days and nights
You will be working in a building environment, where you will be responsible for providing safety and security to both staff and visitors alike.

Your main responsibilities may include:
Serve as a positive and approachable point of contact for visitors and colleagues, providing immediate support and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment.
Effectively manage security and safety incidents by identifying, reporting, and responding to potential threats. Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and visitors to enhance overall safety.
Conduct regular building and property patrols, manage health and safety incidents, oversee access control, administer first aid, handle lost property, and perform other essential duties as required. Investigating Disturbances, as well as monitoring the entry and exit points of the retail store.
Confidently calling for help in emergency situations and operating theft-detecting devices.
Effectively dealing with large crowds and building positive customer relations.
To succeed in this role, you will need the following:
SIA License.
5-year checkable work/career history.
Experience in a similar role, would an advantage
High level Customer Service
Physically fit to undertake given tasks.
Possess the ability to work under pressure.
