Role: Area Property Operations Manager – Facilities Management

Contract Length: Anticipated 6 months

We are looking for an Area Property Operations Manager to oversee the efficient and effective delivery of both hard and soft Facilities Management (FM) services across a portfolio of properties. This role involves regular site visits and close collaboration with clients and suppliers. You will be responsible for managing contract execution and project delivery, including defining project scopes and ensuring technical and statutory compliance.

You will be required to travel between 2 sites and a driving licence is an essential requirement.

Key accountabilities:

Expertise in Facilities Management, effectively addressing customer needs and maintaining productive stakeholder relationships.
Lead initiatives in stakeholder engagement, performance management, and assurance program oversight.
Manage delegated responsibilities across health and safety, technical operations, financial management, and commercial activities.



Key requirements:

Strong experience in property and facilities management
Demonstrate compliance with statutory, regulatory and professional requirements
Contract and Supplier Management experience
Senior Stakeholder engagement experience.
