Summary
BRNC delivers a wide range of outputs for the TLB based on the demands placed on it by FOST and COMCORE. Effective management and governance of the Safety, Health, Environment and Fire (SHEF) associated with these outputs is critical in maintaining a legally and safe working environment. BRNC is a diverse and complex site delivering not only Phase 1 officer training but also delivering outputs to Phase 2 and Phase 3 training.
The SHEF team at BRNC is responsible for providing advice, guidance and assurance on all Health, Safety and Environmental Protection (HS&EP) issues to the Head of Establishment.
A core task in supporting this is ensuring risk governance and incident data are suitably managed and maintained using relevant Navy Command HQ mandated systems and processes.
Remote working within this role is something that can be discussed at interview stages or with your future line manager if you are found successful.
