Young People Housing Support Workers (Job Ref 24-32)

Various day and sleep-in hours available

Day Salary - £12.00 per hour / Sleep-in salary - £125.25 per night

Based in Torbay area

Fixed-term contract (18 months)


Are you passionate about supporting young people? Are you highly skilled in working with UASC or have experience of working with young people under the care of a local authority? Then we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our supported housing teams in the Torbay area!

You will be supporting vulnerable young people aged 16 -25 throughout their journey to independence by providing a holistic service assisting with accessing benefits, managing finances, health and wellbeing, maintaining accommodation, accessing education and employment or training. You will provide a person-centred approach to help the young people establish and work towards their goals and aspirations. This post will involve lone working.
