Summary

We are looking for entrepreneurial-minded self-starters who enjoy the ability to earn additional/full time income with a flexible schedule. As a Process Server, you will be directly responsible for the swift and professional personal delivery of Legal Documents from Courts/Clients to Respondents. This is a freelance contracting position, geared towards individuals looking to supplement their income, or making it a full time position. Highly rewarding and interesting work for the right candidates. Training will be provided.

Required Skills Set:

Self-starter/motivated individual

Friendly and sociable character (customer service experience)

Good standard of written English

Good time management skills

Ability to meet deadlines

Be able to think and act independently

Ability to respond quickly to phone calls, text messages, and emailsAble to Adapt, Improvise and Overcome difficult situations.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and organise court documents for service

Plan daily routes to serve documents

Liaise with administrator, applicants, respondents

Professionally personally serve documents to respondents

Provide regular service updates to the administrator

Prepare and write statements



Essential Requirements:

Enhanced CRB

Reliable Vehicle with clean driving license

Smart Phone user (iPhone, Android, etc.)

Utilize routing App's, or preferred routing method

Proficient with Technology / Social Media

Access to good Internet Connection/Wifi

Access to Computer and Printer



Ideal Candidates:

This role suits individuals who have experience working face-to-face with the public, customer service. Ideally candidates who are ex-military/ex-police/security (SIA)/bailiffs. We also welcome candidates outside these roles mentioned and feel they meet our requirements, as training will be provided.
