Location: Shepton Mallet, Somerset
Working Hours: 7pm (flexible) - 5/6am
4 on, 4 off shift pattern (1-2 nights sleeping in cab)
Salary: £836 per week
Bonuses are paid monthly - max £320
£25 overnight payment
Average £44,000 PA
Duration: Temp to perm
Start Date: Immediate

The company
A leading warehousing and transport company known for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. They pride themselves on their efficient delivery service and are now looking for a dedicated Multidrop HGV Class 1 Delivery Driver to join their dynamic team.
The job
• Safely operate an HGV Class 1 vehicle to deliver goods to various locations.
• Manage multiple deliveries per day, ensuring timely and accurate drop-offs.
• Load and unload goods, ensuring all items are handled with care.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and delivery documentation accurately.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and maintenance.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner.
• Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies.
The requirements
• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) license.
• Proven experience in a multidrop delivery role.
• CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) qualification.
• Digital tachograph card.
• Strong navigational skills and knowledge of the local area.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
