About the role
Are you an experienced, self-employed Tree Surveyor seeking a stable career path? Or perhaps you're on the lookout for a new full-time inhouse role that promises an exciting challenge along with top-tier benefits?
We are currently seeking a skilled Tree Surveyor to join our team. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive tree surveys, assessing tree health and condition, and providing recommendations for tree management. Working closely with our established client base to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Additionally, the Tree Surveyor will be involved in mapping and data collection, as well as producing detailed reports and documentation.
Requirements
• Previous experience as a Tree Surveyor or similar role
• Qualifications in Professional Tree Inspection (PTI Level 3 and above) or in QTRA (Quantified Tree Risk Assessment Method) would be advantageous but not essential as training can be provided.
• Proficiency in tree identification and assessment techniques
• Knowledge of arboricultural practices, tree biology, and health assessment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
