Role Overview
Join our team as a DVLA Enforcement Officer, where you'll play a crucial role in Enforcing untaxed vehicles on behalf of the DVLA. Your responsibilities will include:
- Clamping untaxed vehicles.
- Engaging with members of the public, offering guidance on clamping procedures and fines.
- Providing advice on payment methods and addressing queries regarding enforcement actions.
- Collaborating with other agencies such as the Police, DVLA, and VOSA when necessary.
- Handling public inquiries regarding enforcement actions and ensuring the availability of relevant information packs.
- Maintaining the operational readiness of vehicles and enforcement equipment, promptly reporting any faults to the Manager.
- Compiling daily reports detailing activities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Self-Motivated
- Customer-Focused
- Ability to work shifts and independently
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
