Wednesday 12pm to 6pm, 6 hours per week

community.
Northamptonshire Mind is a leading mental health provider in Northamptonshire. Our partnership with Local Minds, NHFT
(Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust) and other mental health providers enables us to support the mental health
community through various services, campaigns, and advocacy efforts.
At Northamptonshire Mind, we are dedicated to developing innovative mental health services to support individuals dealing with
mental health challenges.
As a Crisis Café Support Worker you will provide support and safety to anyone in need by offering coping mechanisms and management
techniques to help reduce the risk of crisis. As well as offering support, the Crisis Cafe Support Worker can also refer and
direct service users to further services if required.
* 31 days pro rated annual leave per year including public holidays, rising to 33 days after 5 full years of service
