A bit about what you will do...

  • Leading the team to achieve set budgets.
  • Assist the pro-active sales team to solicit new and existing accounts.
  • Manage relationships with key meetings and event planners.
  • Assisting with planning and programming of promotional functions within the building.
  • Contributing to monthly and quarterly summary reports.
  • Leading the weekly revenue maximisation meetings.
  • Assisting in leading the daily activities of meetings and events sales.
  • Assisting in preparation of annual budgets and drawing up action plans.
  • Managing the team, setting objectives, KPI’s, activity, PDP’s, one to ones.
  • Managing all third parties effectively ensuring effective enquiry turnaround times and high standards of service.
  • Driving business centre activity with the centre teams to deliver sales activity at a local level.

Possessing a track record of MICE success within the luxury sector is a must with a results-driven focus to develop and manage key accounts. Priding ourselves on one of the leading meeting and events and hotels in the luxury country house market, must be embedded in the successful applicants’ values whilst ensuring that all their interactions with clients and our hotels are conducted in a professional manager.

  • Can demonstrate a successful track record of B2B MICE & Groups growth in the conference/Groups /meeting room sector.
  • Proven Customer Relationship Management Skills.
  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field would be advantageous.
  • At least 3 years’ experience leading high-performance teams in the meetings and events arena.
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Delphi
