Summary

As a Receptionist at HMRC Manchester, M3 5AX. You'll be passionate about inter-communication and have our customers and their safety at heart of everything you do. Our admin colleagues run an efficient service for our clients.

What you’ll do:

  • Being the first face, many will see, you’ll be an important role model when it comes to what great customer service will look like

  • Connect visitors and customers with the appropriate party while following all visitor management processes   

  • Ensure delivery of 5-star customer service 

  • Support with induction management, work-place support, hospitality, and meeting room connectivity

  • Communicate politely, always creating a memorable experience for our customers and visitors.

What you bring:

  • Excellent team ethos and superb communication skills   

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm under pressure   

  • Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus, but a can-do attitude and complete customer focus will tick the box  

  • Champion of health & safety practices    

  • Desire to grow and progress your career if you are interested

Package Description
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis
  • 8 hour shifts between 06:30-18:00
  • £12.20 per hour
