Summary
Key Responsibilities: To provide project management support to the lead project manager in the delivery of strategic change. Ensuring a wide range of stakeholders are fully engaged and receive regular communication relating to the project, leveraging these relationships to identify issues and develop effective solutions and mitigations. Manage risks and issues, leading the development of proactive resolution and/or escalation. Produce regular progress reports to steering groups and stakeholder meetings as required. Lead on service implementations and ensure an effective handover to business as usual. What we're looking for: Educated to masters level, and/or equivalent specialist knowledge and experience. Practical experience in the management and successful delivery of a full project lifecycle Able to engage with a variety of stakeholders to assimilate and analyse complex information to enable effective decision-making. Organised and flexible to support the priorities of the department. Knowledge of how to identify complex project risks and issues and develop detailed mitigation strategies. This role will be largely site-based and will require flexibility to enable stakeholder collaboration with teams who work shift patterns.
