This is a fantastic opportunity to join Gi Group as we are seeking to appoint Assembly Operatives to work on-site for our client manufacturing wooden staircases based in West Bromwich, B71
Assembly Operative responsibilities:
* Working towards targets set
* Working in a busy Assembly/Production environment
* Using various hand tools including hammers and drills to build large wooden structures
* Measuring and cutting the wood to precise lengths
* Assembling the structure following strict guidelines
* Work with the team to ensure the workplace cleanliness is maintained
* Adhere to company health and safety standards
* Using industrial glue to secure structures once assembled
Assembly Operative required skills:
* Previous assembly experience
* Enthusiastic, reliable, and punctual
* Good attitude to work and learn new skills
Assembly Operative Pay:
* £12.02ph
* £13.22ph after completion of training
Assembly Operative Shift:
* Monday to Friday 7am-4pm
