Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (3 days in office, 2 days from home)

We are seeking a passionate, highly motivated candidate to join our friendly team in Leeds to support our growing business by ensuring we have the right talent on board for now and the future. In this busy role, the successful candidate will oversee our technical hires, as well as supporting senior hires and helping across the function in busier periods. This role will support both operational and strategic recruitment and has one direct report.

What you’ll be doing?

Building and maintaining great relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, providing coaching and advising on best practice and talent sourcing

Ensuring a seamless experience for hiring managers and ensuring delivery of their resourcing requirements within agreed time to hire targets, ensuring cost effectiveness

Supporting the Diversity & Inclusion talent acquisition strategy in all areas of recruitment, including identifying diversity gaps

Working with the recruitment manager to continually assess our interviewing tools and sourcing strategies

Overseeing the recruitment process and ensuring compliance at all stages

Maintaining our ATS system

Ensuring job descriptions, person specifications and adverts are clear, accurate and meet all legislative requirements and are within brand/template guidelines

Providing timely and relevant recruitment metrics and reports such as D&I data, time to hire, cost savings and market data

Who are we looking for?

Extensive experience of the full recruitment cycle in a high growth business environment, for both volume and niche roles, with strong experience of hiring for tech/IT roles

Experience of using search tools and multi-channel sourcing methods, competent with using social media as an aid to EVP

Results focussed and constantly aims to deliver within agreed KPI’s

Outstanding people and communication skills, able to maintain and develop strong working relationships at all levels

Proven interviewing skills up to C suite level

Highly organised and able to prioritise/deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Able to spot opportunities for improvement and continued success

Understands relevant employment law/GDPR

Energy, passion and self-motivated with a can-do attitude
