Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Senior Sister/Charge Nurse (Band 7) to join our Critical Care team on a full-time, substantive basis.

Please note : You will be asked to do a 10 minutes power point presentation on the day of interview. Topic will be sent to the successful candidates once they are shortlisted.

As a Senior Sister/Charge Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in leading our combined Intensive Care and High Dependency Unit, which comprises 15 beds. Our unit provides care for patients requiring general surgery, medicine, and acute renal interventions. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, supporting and mentoring staff, and fostering a culture of excellence and compassion.
