We're looking to recruit and experienced Director of Finance to work across three bustling new hotels at Manchester Airport, The Holiday Inn, Ibis Styles and the brand new TRIBE hotel, which is set to open its doors this Autumn.

A day in the life of…

We are seeking a talented and experienced Hotel Director of Finance to join the team across three busy newly built hotels.

This is a key leadership role, responsible for managing the financial operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include developing and managing financial policies and procedures, overseeing financial reporting, managing all accounting functions, preparing and managing budgets and forecasts, identifying areas of financial risk, providing financial analysis and insights, collaborating with other departments, managing a team of finance professionals, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

What do we need from you?

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in a senior financial management role in hospitality, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrated leadership and management experience.
