Summary

Due to our continued growth, we are looking to appoint Asbestos Removal Operatives in the Cumbria area to conduct work on Sellafield Nuclear/Defence site.

Pay rates & allowances:

As per NAECI Agreement.

Job Role:

An Asbestos Removal Operative is required to conduct site set up and safe abatement of asbestos containing materials according to the method statement and scope of works.

Operatives may be asked to work various shift patterns including weekends and night shifts.

Start date:

October 2024.

Person Specification:

• Two years’ experience as a qualified Operative.
• Training certificates (Asbestos medical, Face fits, Refresher training).
• Radiological training C2-R2 desirable.
• Current & in date P4 Pass.
• Friendly, calm and professional manner.
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to change.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Physically fit.
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
• Full driving licence.
