Summary

Darlington Mind are a leading mental health charity covering County Durham, Darlington, Hambleton and Richmondshire

We are looking to recruit a friendly and welcoming person with excellent people skills to work at reception in our Darlington office on an occasional basis to cover planned and unplanned absence and during busy periods.

You will be a first point of contact for enquirers and visitors and for service users attending activity groups.

You should also possess strong telephone, communication, administrative and IT skills to ensure accurate recording of information on our database and be confident in dealing with enquiries in person, by email and by telephone.

You must be a good team player who can work well with staff, volunteers and clients but also be able to work on your own initiative to prioritise your workload.
Experience of working with people with mental health problems would be an advantage.
